Our Medical Credentialing Services Process Involves

  • Collect all the data and documents required for filing credentialing applications from the physician
  • Store the documents centrally on our secure document management systems
  • Understand the top payers to which the practice sends claim and initiate contact with the payer

Credentialing Onboarding
Credentialing process starts with collecting all necessary documentations and the information that are needed to submit the applications with adequate information on the first go.
Submitting Applications
Submitting the appropriate applications based on the current status of the group and the providers obtained from the research calls/emails. This decides how fast and accurately get the approvals.
Follow-Up Process
Following up with the payers to ensure they have everything needed to process our applications to ensure speedy approvals and needed contracts with all applicable plans for the group and the providers.
Contract Documents
Upon receipt of the approvals, we will ensure to obtain the necessary documentation such as a copy of the contract, welcome letters and fee schedules which will enable the group to process claims with the expected returns.
